How do I order?
Please place your orders through our SHOP.
What is the minimum order?
We do not impose a minimum order. However, there will be a delivery charge of $5 for orders below $50 (or 10 bottles).
Is there a delivery charge?
Yes, there will be a delivery charge of $8. For orders of more than $50, the delivery charge will be waived.
*Excludes delivery to Sentosa.
How much are your teas?
Please refer to our shop for latest prices and promos!
What payment methods do you accept?
Currently, we accept payments via PayNOW and Bank Transfer.
You’ll receive a whatsapp/SMS and email with payment details, once your order has been processed.
When will I receive my teas? / What is your delivery schedule?
We deliver on Mondays, Wednesdays , Saturdays.
You can select available delivery slots during checkout.
Due to the high volume to failed deliveries on weekday mornings, we’re limiting weekday deliveries to the evenings.
Do contact us directly if you have specific requests!
All teas are brewed just before delivery. Please allow up to 3 – 5 working days to process your order.
You should receive an update on your delivery within 24 hours after ordering. Please use the chatbox (bottom left corner) or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org should you need any help.
What if I missed my delivery?
Please ensure that you or your recipients are able to receive the delivery during your selected slot.
A re-delivery fee of $5 (same day) or $15 (different day) will be charged for failed deliveries.
Are you able to deliver on the same day?
All orders are brewed on demand. Due to the time required for brewing, we are not able to deliver teas on the same day. Sorry!
How long can the cold brew teas last?
We encourage you to enjoy your teas within a week from its brew date (as indicated on your bottles).
Do keep your teas refrigerated once you’ve received them.
What’s the volume of your bottles?

Cancellation will only be accepted 2 working days before your delivery.
